Opening an account on SlotCatalog requires meeting a few basic conditions. These are in place to ensure the platform remains safe and operates fairly.

• Age requirement: All registrants must be at least 18 years of age. SlotCatalog may request a government-issued ID for age verification at any time.
• One Account: Each person may open only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, both will be terminated.
• Accurate information: The name, mobile number, and all other details provided at registration must be accurate and up to date.
• Password Security: Your account password must not be shared with anyone. The registered account holder is responsible for all account activity.

SlotCatalog has a set of core betting rules that apply equally to all members.

If a bet is accepted or paid out incorrectly due to a technical error, SlotCatalog reserves the right to void that bet. In such cases, the original stake will be refunded.

All payment-related policies on SlotCatalog are outlined below.

• Minimum deposit: ৳300. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the KYC level of the account.
• Processing time: Deposits are usually credited within 5 minutes. Withdrawals are processed within 8–15 minutes.

• KYC Verification: Identity verification may be required for your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above a certain amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on SlotCatalog. Any account found engaging in them will be closed immediately.

• Match fixing: Placing bets with prior knowledge of a match's outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses by opening multiple accounts or providing false information.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of laundering illegal funds.
• System Hack: Exploiting platform technical errors or attempting to hack the system.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Minors: Allowing anyone under 18 to use your account.

An account may be suspended or closed either at the user's request or at SlotCatalog's discretion.

• To close it yourself: Submit a request via live chat or email. Withdraw any remaining balance beforehand.
• Self-Exclusion: As part of responsible betting, accounts can be temporarily suspended for a period ranging from 30 days to 5 years.
• Account Inactivity: Accounts become inactive after 12 months without a login. Members with a remaining balance will be notified in advance.
• At SlotCatalog's discretion: Accounts may be suspended immediately if any terms are violated.

SlotCatalog will not be held liable for the following:

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses resulting from issues with your own device or network.
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.).
• Delays caused by third-party payment gateway errors.

However, for errors originating from SlotCatalog's own servers, SlotCatalog is fully liable and will provide compensation.

In the event of a dispute, SlotCatalog resolves it through the following steps:

• Step 1: Report issues via live chat or email. Most problems are resolved within 24 hours.
• Step Two: If unresolved, the matter is escalated to the senior review team. Maximum 7 business days.
• Step 3: If neither party is satisfied, the dispute will be resolved through an independent international arbitration body.

In the event of a dispute over betting outcomes, SlotCatalog's server logs will serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

SlotCatalog may update its terms when necessary — but never without members' knowledge.

• At least 30 days' notice will be given before any significant changes.
• Notices will be sent via SMS to the registered mobile number and as in-app messages within the account.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may close your account and withdraw your balance.
